Rules and Regulations

1. Have FUN!

2. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

3. The drawings will take place between 8 a.m. and 12 noon on the first work day (Monday through Friday) of each month. Entries for that month will be accepted from 12:01 p.m. on the first day of that month up until the day and time of the drawing for that month. Winners will be drawn at random, notified by email.

4. Prizes must be picked up in person at the City of St. Charles Municipal Building, 2 East Main St., St. Charles. Winners will be asked to verify their identity (or that of their designated proxy) when picking up their prize. We regret we cannot mail prizes.

5. Entries will be accepted through the online form, by email or snail mail. Send your name, email address and mailing address to: webadmin@stcharlesil.gov or Community Online Drawing, 2 E. Main Street, St. Charles, IL 60174.

6. All information provided for the drawing will be used for the exclusive use of the drawing and will not be given or sold to any outside organization or used by the drawing sponsor for solicitation purposes.

7. Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to modify or cancel all or any portions of the drawing because of technical errors or malfunctions, viruses, hackers, or for other reasons that corrupt the drawing in any manner. Sponsors also reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these Official Rules, who attempts to enter the drawing in any manner or through any means other than as described in these official rules, or who attempts to disrupt the drawing or to circumvent any of these official rules.

8. This drawing is open to all residents with a United States or Canada shipping address. Due to the high cost and special considerations/requirements of sending international packages, we will be unable to ship prizes to other countries.

9. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors, their affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, from any damage, injury, death, loss, or other liability that may arise from entrant's participation in the Contest or the awarding, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. All entrants agree that United States law shall apply exclusively to the drawing and that any dispute with respect to the drawing shall be resolved in either the federal or state courts located in the State of Illinois.

10. One entry per person per month please. Anyone who enters more than once a month will be disqualified for that month.

11. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or incorrect entries. Nor is any responsibility assumed for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed/garbled data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, failures of: any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void.
