April 6, 2020, Public Hearing Meeting Audio/Visual Teleconference
We continue to work to serve our citizens amid the coronavirus outbreak. Therefore, the April 6 Public Hearing will be conducted as an audio/visual conference. Anyone who wishes to participate is invited to the meeting.
To see the Budget presentation and participate in the discussion, you will need one of the following combinations of equipment:
- Computer and headset
- Computer and phone (land line or mobile phone)
- Tablet/smart phone and headset
To participate by audio only, you will simply need a phone
Instructions for Joining the Meeting for Audio & Visual
- Click the meeting link https://stcpublicwebex.my.webex.com/stcpublicwebex.my/j.php?MTID=mae146d...
- Before clicking Join the Meeting, see in lower middle of the screen either “Call in” or “Use Computer for Audio”. The down arrow will allow you to change this setting, and the “Call in” option is strongly encouraged. This will prevent echo from your computer speakers. If you choose “Use Computer for Audio”, you must have headphones plugged into your computer, and not use your external speakers.
- After choosing your audio type i.e. “Call in”, click the green Join the Meeting button.
- Wait for the pop-up on your screen to provide dialing instructions.
- Dial 408-418-9388. Alternate number if needed: 312-535-8110
- Enter the Access/Meeting Code 628 576 624 #, when prompted
- When asked for the Attendee Number, obtain the number from the pop-up screen, press those digits, then #
- Mute your phone to avoid sharing background noises

Commenting during the Meeting
At appropriate times throughout the meeting, Mayor Rogina will ask for any comments.
If you wish to comment:
- Unmute your phone
- State your name and wait to be recognized by Mayor Rogina.
- After the Mayor has acknowledged you, begin to speak clearly.

In-Person Participation
In-person attendance at the meeting is not recommended unless absolutely necessary. For those who do need to be at the meeting, due to the social distancing and minimum separation requirements ordered by the Governor, in-person attendees will be spread over several rooms, and participation will be via audio teleconferencing only. In-person locations are as follows, and please note that room capacity is limited.
